Sprint: 500 meter swim, 15.5 mile bike, 5K run
Olympic: 1.5k swim, 24 mile bike, 10K run

Olympic course:     7:30 am
Sprint course:         7:38 am

7:30 am                 Olympic Course Race Starts
7:38 am (approx)   Sprint Course Race Starts              
9:30 am                 Post-Race food available
11:00 am               Awards Ceremony at Finish line
